When tasked with recruiting and wooing young potential bankers, we figured there’s no more trustworthy source than your future self. And if we could magically have a conversation with ourselves at the beginning of our career, we would be able to map how the places we work shape us.

So instead of waxing poetic about how Chase is a great place to work, we got creepy. We used AI and lots of research to recreate younger versions of real Chase executives. They showed up on set, thinking this was a normal interview, and we surprised them with a conversation with their younger self.
